Yes, all Adivi engineers are local and we provide both onsite and remote support.
The average years our engineers have in IT is 10 years. Most of our engineers have a wide range of experience in all things IT, infrastructure, development, security, etc.
We strive to start working on an issue within 60 mins of notification of it. We generally resolve the issue within 60 mins.
Since November of 1994.
We first meet with the lead personnel of the client and understand the immediate needs/issues they may have. We then resolve them as part of the onboarding. We then schedule an onsite to visit all of the clients IT devices and install any of Adivi’s tools where necessary. We also document how the IT and network is set up. If we believe there is a better way to do things, we get permission from the client and make those changes. We then explain how to contact Adivi in the event an IT issue needs to be resolved.
The price structure is based on the number of IT devices in the clients network, amount of client data, and if there are any proprietary applications that need to be supported.
Our contracts are month to month. So if a client is ever not satisfied, they only have to give us a 30 day notice and that is it. Most of our clients stay with us for years/decades due to our excellent support and customer service.
We typically resolve most issues the same day if not within 60 mins of notification.
